Job Description:
- Formulating business plan and setting up work flow & process to support implementing
- Marketing and selling the program to the targeted audiences;
- Being responsible for enrollment target;
- Managing resources available to achieve business goal successfully
- Being in charge of programme delivery with reliable quality assurance
- Searching for and equipping trainers with high caliber to support the growth of business
- Liaising with trainers to ensure high quality teaching with standardized methodology
- Managing a team to provide professional counseling service to enquirers
- Handling with various students service issues incl. complaints to improve satisfaction
- Supporting business manager to maintain synergy amongst programmers
Requirement*:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2-3 years experience or above in business development or project management
- Good command of English, especially in writing and speaking
- Committed to education as a long-term profession
- Service minded, preferably majored in education, HR, tourism, accounting, etc. Accounting/Finance background or knowledge is a strong plus
- Result oriented, can deliver good work results under tight time line
- A fast learner, effective communicator and team player, willing to grow with the business
- Have an overall view and keep an eye on details at the same time
- Smart outlook and strong interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
- Open, honest, constructive and enterprising
- Creative, innovative and self-motivated, always pursuing to excellence

- Face-to –face consulting

- 本科学历 bachelor degree holder in finance, education, customer service, hospitality or master degreeholder in finance
- 1-2年以上销售、客户服务经验或海外留学就职经历 1-2 years experience with exposure in sales and Customer Service, overseas experience

Job Description:
- Teaching in specialized subjects (knowledge-focused) of our CFA and FRM program in more than two Kaplan China training centers
- Research on examination, keep an eye on academic revision and syllabus update
- Developing exam-focused preparatory material
Requirement:
- Professional qualified
- CFA / FRM / CAIA Charter Holder or those who have passed three levels of CFA exams
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Solid professional teaching experience and proven track records will be a strong plus
- Enjoy teaching and be able to explain knowledge in a simple yet practical manner
- An effective communicator who can convey enthusiasm to students at all levels
- Experience in product development and material writing on CFA / FRM / CAIA related topics
- Rich working experience in accounting/finance sectors are highly preferred..
- Willing to work flexible hours, normally in the evenings on weekdays, mornings/afternoons on weekends
