或将下载的电子版产品订单填写完毕（包含您的亲笔签名）扫描发送电子邮件到：

第五步：收到您的传真或邮件订单后，我们会隔天与您电话确认订单和付费方式。
第六步：请您根据确认的付款方式付费。
第七步：收到您支付的费用后，我们会将Schweser产品寄至您提供的地址。
若是您购买在线产品，我们会将网址、用户名、密码发至您订单上提供的邮箱地址。

Defective Audio and Video may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of the date you receive your order. They will be replaced within 14 business days. Original Receipt must be presented.
本身已损坏的Audio and Video可以自您收到产品14个工作日内予以对换同一产品。同时附上原来产品的发票。
If you place your order via fax and pay by deposit, the official invoice will be mailed to you by post within 14 days. Your order will be shipped to you via EMS within 14 days once the products become available.
如果您通过传真递送订单、银行付帐，发票会在14个工作日内邮寄给您。一旦您定购的产品有库存，我们会在14个工作日内通过EMS快递给您。
